Terms and Conditions
1. Services
Crimson Silk Studio provides website design services for independent escorts and companions across Australia. All services are delivered remotely via email communication only.
The scope of work is determined by the package selected at the time of enquiry — Classic or Luxe — as outlined on the pricing page. Any additional services requested outside the scope of the chosen package will be quoted and charged separately prior to commencement.
2. Payment
2.1 Payment is due in full upon completion of your website and prior to ownership transfer. No payment is required upfront.
2.2 Accepted payment methods are bank transfer, PayID, and PayPal. Payment details will be provided upon project completion.
2.3 Ownership of the completed website will not be transferred until full payment has been received and cleared.
2.4 In the unlikely event that Crimson Silk Studio is unable to complete your website for any reason, any payments made will be refunded in full. This has not occurred to date.
2.5 Crimson Silk Studio does not offer refunds once the website has been completed and ownership has been transferred.
3. Project Process
3.1 Work will commence once the client questionnaire has been completed and returned in full.
3.2 The first draft will be delivered within 10 business days of receiving the completed questionnaire. Rush delivery — within 4 business days — is available for an additional 50% of the package fee, agreed upon prior to commencement.
3.3 Revision rounds are included as per the chosen package. Revisions are defined as reasonable edits to existing content — including text, photos, colours, and layout adjustments. Multiple full aesthetic redesigns across ongoing weeks fall outside the scope of standard revisions and may incur additional charges.
3.4 The client is responsible for providing all content required for the website — including photos, biography, rates, and any other relevant information. Crimson Silk Studio is not responsible for sourcing, verifying, or fact-checking content provided by the client.
3.5 Crimson Silk Studio reserves the right to correct obvious spelling and grammar errors in content provided by the client as part of the standard service.
4. Client Responsibilities
4.1 The client is responsible for ensuring all content provided to Crimson Silk Studio — including text, images, and any other material — does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.
4.2 The client is responsible for ensuring their website and its content complies with all applicable laws in their state and territory, including advertising regulations relevant to their industry.
4.3 The client agrees to respond to draft submissions and revision requests in a timely manner. If no response is received within 6 months of the first draft being delivered, the project will be considered abandoned. Crimson Silk Studio accepts no responsibility for any loss of website content resulting from trial expiry during periods of client non-communication.
4.4 The client agrees not to use any questionnaire, process documentation, or materials provided by Crimson Silk Studio as a guide to create their own website independently without payment.
5. Ownership & Intellectual Property
5.1 Until full payment has been received and cleared, the website and all design work remains the intellectual property of Crimson Silk Studio.
5.2 Upon receipt of full payment, complete ownership of the website is transferred to the client. From this point, Crimson Silk Studio has no claim over the site and no ongoing responsibility for its management or maintenance.
5.3 Crimson Silk Studio retains the right to display completed websites in its portfolio and use them for promotional purposes unless the client explicitly requests otherwise in writing prior to project completion.
5.4 Crimson Silk Studio will not reproduce or duplicate the design work of any other web designer. Any reference sites provided by the client will be used for inspiration purposes only.
6. Privacy & Confidentiality
6.1 Crimson Silk Studio treats all client information with complete discretion. Client details — including stage name, contact information, photos, and any other personal information — will not be shared with any third party under any circumstances.
6.2 All client files, including photos and content provided for the purpose of website design, will be permanently deleted from Crimson Silk Studio systems upon completion and transfer of the website.
6.3 Clients are welcome to engage with Crimson Silk Studio using their stage name only. No legal name or personal identifying information is required at any point.
7. Third Party Platforms
7.1 Crimson Silk Studio builds websites using Squarespace. Squarespace is a third-party platform and operates under its own terms of service, which are subject to change at any time without notice.
7.2 Crimson Silk Studio has no affiliation with Squarespace and cannot be held responsible for any decisions made by Squarespace regarding a client's website after ownership has been transferred — including but not limited to suspension, removal, or changes to platform features or pricing.
7.3 Squarespace hosting fees are the sole responsibility of the client and are billed directly between the client and Squarespace. Crimson Silk Studio has no involvement in or responsibility for these ongoing costs.
7.4 Crimson Silk Studio cannot be held responsible for any technical issues, outages, or bugs arising from the Squarespace platform.
8. Post-Launch
8.1 Once ownership has been transferred, the client has full control over their website and is solely responsible for its ongoing management and maintenance.
8.2 Crimson Silk Studio is available for paid post-launch updates and edits. These are charged at $90 AUD for up to 30 minutes and $140 AUD for up to 1 hour. There is no obligation to use Crimson Silk Studio for post-launch changes.
8.3 Crimson Silk Studio reserves the right to decline post-launch update requests from clients who are hostile, abusive, or disrespectful in their communication.
8.4 Crimson Silk Studio cannot guarantee availability for post-launch updates indefinitely. This includes circumstances where Crimson Silk Studio reduces its workload, takes a hiatus, or ceases operations in the future.
9. Communication
9.1 All communication is conducted via email only. Crimson Silk Studio does not offer phone or video consultations.
9.2 Crimson Silk Studio aims to respond to all enquiries and client communications within 1–2 business days.
9.3 Crimson Silk Studio reserves the right to end a working relationship with any client who is abusive, threatening, or disrespectful in their communication, without refund where work has already been completed.
10. Limitation of Liability
10.1 Crimson Silk Studio's liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the services provided.
10.2 Crimson Silk Studio accepts no liability for any loss of income, loss of clients, reputational damage, or any other indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the website after ownership has been transferred.
10.3 Crimson Silk Studio makes no guarantees regarding search engine rankings, website traffic, or business outcomes resulting from the website.
11. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from services provided by Crimson Silk Studio will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Australian courts.
By making payment to Crimson Silk Studio, the client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions in full.
